At Wonderland Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Wonderland Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
